Importing Sizes from GAM

Import ad sizes from Google Ad Manager so they're available when configuring slots.

What are sizes?

Sizes are the dimensions of ad creatives (width × height in pixels):

300x250Medium Rectangle
728x90Leaderboard
320x50Mobile Leaderboard
300x600Half Page
970x250Billboard

How sizes are imported

Connecting GAM (see Connecting GAM) grants Anima access to your network — it doesn't pull sizes automatically. You import them on demand:

  1. Switch to Ad Manager (main) mode
  2. Go to Inventory → GAM
  3. Click Import and confirm the dialog

Anima doesn't run a background job that re-pulls sizes on a schedule, and sizes don't have a per-row sync action. To refresh after a change in GAM, run Import again.

Viewing imported sizes

Using sizes in slots

When creating or editing an ad slot:

  1. Go to Inventory → Ad Slots
  2. Create or edit a slot
  3. In Sizes, select from the dropdown
  4. All GAM-synced sizes are available

Standard IAB sizes are pre-loaded even without GAM import. GAM sync adds any custom sizes you've created.

Custom sizes

If you use non-standard sizes in GAM, they'll import automatically.

To create a custom size in GAM:

  1. Go to Inventory → Sizes in GAM
  2. Click New Size
  3. Enter dimensions
  4. Save

Re-import sizes from Inventory → GAM, and the new size appears in Anima.
