Selecting Your Domain
Most of what you see in the portal is scoped to a single domain — ad slots, layouts, bidders, dashboards, releases. If you manage multiple domains, you'll pick which one to work with from the sidebar.
How the selector works
At the top of each sidebar, below the section header, there's a dropdown:
- Main mode (Ad Manager) — a domain selector. Pick the domain you want to manage.
- Account mode — an account selector that lists both customers and individual domains, because some setup (e.g. GAM, Core Web Vitals) can be scoped at either level.
Pick from the dropdown and the rest of the sidebar refreshes with the selected scope.
Switching
To change your selection mid-session, just reopen the dropdown in the sidebar and pick another entry. The page you're on will refresh for the new scope.
Don't see your domain?
If a domain you expect to manage isn't in the selector:
- Contact your administrator. They may need to grant you access to that domain.
- Domain not provisioned yet. New domains are added by your onboarding specialist, not self-service — see Before Day 1.
Working with multiple domains
- Each domain has its own inventory, demand configuration, and wrapper tag.
- Analytics are per-domain.
- You view one domain at a time — switch via the selector.
