Your Account Profile
Your profile holds the basic details for your user account. You reach it from the user menu in the portal (not the main sidebar).

The exact location of the profile link in the user menu is being captured. The editable fields below are accurate.
What you can edit

| Read-only — it's your login identity and can't be changed here | |
| New password | Set a new password; leave blank to keep your current one |
New passwords are checked against basic strength rules before they're accepted.
Changing your password
- Open your profile from the user menu.
- Enter a new password in New Password.
- Save.
If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, use the reset link on the sign-in page instead — see Logging in. (Reset links expire after 30 minutes.)
